Our client is a successful entertainment production company, agency and accountancy firm for the arts and theatre.
They are seeking a new part time *** Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant *** to join their expanding business, for up to 16 hours per week.
This opportunity will be mostly Home Based, although there will be occasional meetings / drop-in’s required at our client’s main office located between Brackley and Banbury (rural).
Working hours can be flexible (although some level of consistency is required). This is a varied role that will accommodate the following responsibilities:
Payroll Administration and Processing (Monthly)
RTI / PAYE / P11D / SSP / SMP / SPP
Transactional Processing (Invoices and Receipts)
Experience of using Sage (Online) would be advantageous, and working knowledge of Sage Line 50, Xero or QuickBooks would follow as a close second.
Candidates will ideally be a part qualified Bookkeeper or part AAT qualified (or equivalent) and would have worked in a similar accounts support role in the past. There is also an opportunity for study support should the successful candidate wish to continue their studies.
