Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven *** Business Development Executive – Client Relations Specialist *** to join their company.
The primary objective of this role is to establish connections with three key categories of clients: existing lapsed clients, new clients, and potential clients. The incumbent will play a crucial role in re-engaging with previous customers, identifying new opportunities, and conducting research to establish key decision-makers within organisations. The successful candidate will utilise various platforms, including LinkedIn, our client’s current CRM system, and company websites, to achieve these objectives. Quality will be prioritized over quantity, and the focus will be on the business building strong, meaningful relationships with clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:
Re-engage with Existing Lapsed Clients:
Proactively reach out to past clients to re-establish connections and explore new business opportunities.
Understand and address any concerns or issues they might have had previously and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify and Secure New Opportunities:
Utilise LinkedIn, the current CRM system, and company websites to identify potential clients and evaluate their suitability.
Conduct thorough research to gather information on target organizations and their key decision-makers.
Initiate outreach through personalised communication (adapting communication to the prospects preferences, including telephone, email, WhatsApp, InMail, IM) to introduce our company’s services and value proposition.
Nurture relationships and follow up regularly to progress leads through the sales funnel.
Establish Connections with New Clients:
Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients to ensure a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and relevant platforms to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with Sales Team:
Collaborate with proactive account managers to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Provide relevant insights and information gathered during the research phase to enable effective sales pitches.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
Strong research and analytical abilities to identify key decision-makers and potential prospects.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools.
A track record of achieving sales targets and building successful business relationships.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Type: Full-time
This great opportunity will be office based (Buckingham) paying a salary up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) / £40,000 per annum OTE, with plenty of parking and free lunches! Working hours will be 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
