Business Development Executive
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Uncapped Annual OTE (realistically achieving £55k OTE in the first year at the higher salary band (DOE))

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help our client expand their event marketing / branding business. Your main task? To get our client’s well-known brand into more top sporting event venues across the UK!
Key Role Highlights:
As a Business Development Executive, your mission is to target, engage, and convert prospective customers within defined sectors and geographies, securing new sales and expanding our client’s customer base. You will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and effectively communicating how our client’s products and services can meet events’ needs.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with new customers to understand their brief, challenges, and requirements, forging new customer relationships and maintaining current relationships.
Convert both cold and warm leads into solid sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling sales materials and pitches.
Stay updated on industry trends to keep our client’s proposition sharp.
Deliver stellar customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Increase the number of new clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Achieve overall business growth.
Maintain a high conversion rate.
Gather positive client feedback.
Actively participate in team meetings and quarterly performance reviews.
Pursue professional development opportunities.
Flexibility: This is a roving role, predominantly office-based (North Oxfordshire) but with the flexibility to head straight to meetings from home, circling back to the office afterwards… or to another meeting!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm
(Note: This role may require occasional travel, including overnight stays, to industry events, conferences, trade shows, and client visits throughout the UK).
