Our Brackley based client is seeking a part time *** Customer Service Advisor *** to join their small team located close to the town centre.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor for 25 hours per week (5 hours per day – flexible), the successful candidate will offer a high level of customer service to business clients mostly over the telephone and occasionally by email, processing orders for next day delivery whilst also supporting the Sales and marketing team.
Requirements for this Customer Service Advisor role include:
Be the first point of contact for customers via telephone or email for all sales and sales related enquiries.
Ensure all sales orders are processed through the system accurately and timely.
Responsible for communicating appropriately and timely with all customers as required for sales and sales enquires.
Be the first support for the Key Accounts Customer Service Advisor with managing Key Accounts efficiently and effectively.
Maintain and develop positive relationships with all external and internal customers.
Maintain accurate records for all customers, sales and update as required.
Check data accuracy at all times.
Provide excellent customer service at all times, exceeding customer expectations.
Liaise with all relevant departments as required.
Refer or seek assistance for any issues or enquires that are problematic to management or relevant department.
Ensure all company processes, procedures and standards are followed.
Stay up to date on company products and processes.
Support the Sales & Marketing team as and when required.
Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent telephone-based customer service experience.
A keen eye for detail and a willingness to support business clients.
Good computer skills (MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)) and ability to pick up bespoke systems.
This is a busy environment that also requires strong administration skills to record order information through the CRM / database system.
This opportunity will also require the occasional research of customers’ requirements, taking note of their needs and return the enquiry either by telephone or email.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a customer service team and will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service / sales administration role.

Working hours can be flexible, although they will be structured over a 5 day week. Regular and consistent hours could include a start anywhere from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, and a finish 5 hours later.
