Brackley based Customer Service and Administration support job vacancy!
Our client is one of the UK’s largest lawn treatment providers delivering high quality, affordable lawn care services to gardens across the UK. They specialise in all aspects of lawn care to create lush, green, healthy lawns and they have an established network of over 100 territories.
In this customer service and administration support role, the *** Franchise Support Coordinator / Administrator *** will be the central point of contact for customers and the franchise network.
Primary responsibilities for this Customer Service and Admin Support job role:
- Monitor and support a growing network of franchisees
- Liaise and coordinate the onboarding of new franchisees
- Build good working relationships both internally and externally
- Organise the office and manage facilities
- Book and organise conference facilities/events
- Create and follow up sales opportunities with regular customer email communications
- Provide a high level of telephone support to customers
- Processing and placing orders

Education & Experience:
- Proven track record of customer service

Located in Brackley, our client’s office hours are 8.30 am – 5.00 pm (30-minute lunch) – 40 hours per week. They offer 23 holiday days per year + 1 day off for your Birthday, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown (reserved from holiday entitlement), contributory pension (5% Employee / 3% Company), Life assurance of x 2 basic salary and on-site parking.
Our client offers and attractive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, with the addition OTE potential.
