Our client is an independent data-led consultancy who reference data within specific industries to achieve hidden efficiencies and identify key areas of improvement. They are seeking a *** Data Entry Clerk *** to join their team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity will be HOME BASED over 20 hours per week and our client can be flexible in terms of days / working times that these hours can be worked .
Alphanumeric data entry – transferring niche consumer products and prices, from invoices or spreadsheets, entering them on our client’s bespoke database. Web researching, matching and creating data if it does not already exist.
If required liaise with clients to ensure that the data is accurate and correct.
Maintaining records of all relevant client information therefore ensuring that detailed records of works completed are accurate and correct.
To assist in the production and checking of report data.
If required, in conjunction with senior staff; represent the company in existing and potential client presentations.
Successful applicants will be/have:
Someone who is fully adaptable has good attention to detail is self-officiant, strong admin/data entry experience.
Focused on delivering objectives and targets.
An organised individual who can easily multi-task.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) to occasionally communicate with customers to establish quantities over price.
Good organisational skills.
Excellent Time Management.
Excellent problem solving/decision making skills.
Clear proactive approach to planning.
Possess fantastic attention to detail.
Assumes responsibility and accountability.
Ability to be creative in thought processes and delivery.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A completer-finisher who can take tasks and projects on and see them through to successful outcome.
A team player yet capable and willing to work on own initiative.
Always maintain a professional manner.
Our client is offering an hourly rate of between £12.50 and £13.00 per hour (DOE) for this permanent opportunity (which equates to a salary of up to £25,350 per annum for typical full time week of 37.5 hours per week or £13,520 per annum for 20 hours per week).
Holiday entitlement is 28 days per annum (pro rata), which is inclusive of any public holidays.
Candidates will need to attend a monthly meeting, currently located in Brackley.
Start date – 1st week of January 2024
