Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our client’s products and enhancing their brand presence. Your responsibilities across a typical year will include:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
Managing traditional marketing activities, including print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and trade shows.
Creating and curating engaging content for digital platforms, such as social media channels, blogs, and newsletters.
Overseeing the company website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for lead generation.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborating with company Directors and the sales team to develop marketing material, sales collateral, and presentations.
Monitoring and analysing marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Implementing search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques to improve organic website traffic and search rankings.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Marketing Executive Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and/or qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
A strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and techniques.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
Proficiency in website management, including content creation, SEO, and user experience optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits associated to the Marketing job role:
Our client values their employees and believe in fostering a positive and rewarding work environment. As a member of our client’s team, you can expect:
A salary of £25,000 to c. £28,000 per annum (pro rata if part time), commensurate with experience.
Flexible working hours of between 25 – 37.5 hours per week (dependant on FT or PT)
Office based role with possible ad-hoc days remote working (on occasion) once established in the role.

20 days holiday annually + 3 to 4 days between Christmas / New Year (dependant on year) + Bank Holidays (pro rata if part time).
