Our Brackley based client is seeking an *** Office Administrator *** to join their small team located in the heart of the town.
Working 9.00 am – 17.30 pm (1hr lunch), the Office Administrator will support the office manager in the following areas:
Managing the reception area, including welcoming clients.
Answering incoming calls; talking to our customers over the phone and email.
Client database management.
Scanning and electronic filing
Opening, sorting and distributing post.
Preparing letters and documents.
Ensuring the office is maintained to a high standard e.g. procuring refreshments and office supplies, liaising with cleaner.
Assisting colleagues with events planning and delivery where needed.
Arranging for clients appointments where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Presentation skills and customer services knowledge.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Great attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in filing and paper management including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the aptitude for helping other people.
Good level of IT capability with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team player.

Holiday entitlement is 20 days (plus Bank Holidays) initially, rising to 25 days after 3-years service and achieving a further day for every year worked up to 30 days.
