Our Brackley based client is a specialist supplier and distributor of a niche range of products in to manufacturing industries. They are recruiting an immediate full-time office / order administration position within the Customer Service Department.
Working in a small team environment, the Order Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Candidates will need to have previous office-based customer service experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
This is a busy office environment and therefore a demanding role. The ability to work under pressure at times, using your own initiative is important, along with excellent communication skills internally and via the telephone.
We would like to hear from candidates with at least 2 years current office experience (preferably in order processing or sales administration or office-based customer service role) and can take an active role to ensure customer service levels are maintained to the highest standard.
