Our client, a Managing Director of multiple businesses associated to the arts and theatre, is seeking a *** Personal Assistant (PA)*** to support him on a part time basis of 5-6 hours per week.
The successful candidate will mainly manage our client’s diary, keeping schedules up to date and generally overseeing his calendar, with a mix of personal and business appointments. This role will also require some email management and written correspondence from time to time.
Experience of MS Office applications including Word and Outlook is essential, and previous experience of using a Mac computer is desirable.
This opportunity will be mostly REMOTE (work phone, email and peripherals provided) , although there will be an occasional “touch-Base” coffee at our client’s main office located in rural Kings Sutton every couple of weeks.
Working hours can be flexible, so this could be a great opportunity to offer support around other work or personal commitments.
Candidates will need their own transport given our client’s office location.
