Project Manager in Sports Construction Full Time
TL;DR – Project Manager (world leading swimming analysis facility) job vacancy near Towcester.

- Salary up to c. £45,000 pa, with potential flexibility dependant on skills / experience.

Our client, an innovative swim performance centre soon to be located near Towcester, is seeking a *** Project Manager *** to help build on the vision!
Our client is creating a world leading swimming analysis facility for elite athlete swimming professionals to understand and improve their performance.
This truly unique opportunity will be to Project Manage the site and its implementation, liaising with consultants, building contractors, steel fabricators, architects, planners and all of the pre-qualified and appointed professionals who will come together and deliver this water-breaking facility!
Working closely and in partnership with the Managing Director, the Project Manager will:
- Have between 5 – and 10-years Project Management experience.
- Ideally have experience of working in a Civils Engineering capacity, understanding CDM regulations and site H&S, for example.
- Previous experience of flume technology would be an advantage.
- A mechanical engineering or civils engineering degree (within QS or structural disciplines for example) would be advantageous.
- A real passion for swimming, triathlons etc.
Our client is offering a permanent job opportunity with possible progression following the build, which is envisaged to be 3-4 years. Do you have a passion for swimming and previous Project Management . implementation experience? This job opportunity could be for you!
Qualifying Questions for the Project Manager job role:
- Do you have c. 5-10 years operational implementation experience?
- Do you have a Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent?
- Do you have an understanding of / worked with CDM regulations?
- Are you a detail orientated individual, with a ‘finisher’ productivity persona?
- Are you a keen swimmer or have an interest in Triathlons or similar (desirable)?
