Your primary focus will be to process warranty inquiries, maintain positive customer relationships, and support the technical team in achieving departmental objectives.

Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone or email for all warranty issues and related inquiries.
Ensuring all warranty issues are accurately and promptly processed through the system.
Communicating appropriately and timely with all customers as required for warranty issues and queries.
Maintaining and developing positive relationships with external and internal customers, including the service partner network.
Keeping accurate records for all customers and warranties, updating as required to ensure data accuracy.
Providing excellent customer service at all times, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Liaising with all relevant departments as required to facilitate smooth processes.
Having and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Warranty Terms and Conditions of the company.
Determining whether a call is warranty-related or chargeable to the end user based on relevant information and company warranty terms.
Referring or seeking assistance for any decisions on warranty issues or inquiries that are problematic or in doubt.
Ensuring adherence to all company processes, procedures, and standards.
Assisting the Technical and customer service team as required.
Staying up to date on company products and processes.
Academic/Educational Requirements
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Required Skills/Experience for the Service Coordinator job role:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
Confident and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer literacy and proficiency, including knowledge of CRM systems & MS Office.
Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
Capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.
Positive and effective problem-solving skills.
Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
