Our client, a successful and well-established business in the Banbury area is seeking a *** Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator *** to join their team.
The primary function of the Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator will be to look after our client’s 3rd party suppliers, responsibilities will include:
To take responsibility and look after our 3rd party suppliers for all Company products sold in the UK, building strong working relationships and working closely with the Business Unit Managers and the Supply Chain team.
Tasks to include: Set up products, placing purchase orders, stock control, dealing with production issues including delays & shortages, investigating issues at delivery.
Be the ‘go-to’ decision maker for all 3rd party supply chain issues.
Liaise with transport and collation re. delivery details and pick up arrangements.
Ensure Phyto and legislative requirements are met for each supplier.
Communicate quality issues to the customer services department.
To work within the Supply Chain team and provide support where and when needed.
This role will involve communicating with our client’s Suppliers, other site locations, Product Managers/ Business Unit Managers, Sales team, Master Data Team, Customer Services, Transport and other internal departments.

Working hours are 08:30 hrs to 17:00 hrs M-F, 1-hr lunch (flexible on when the lunch break can be taken)
