Key Account Administrator Position Overview:

As a Key Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in our client’s organisation by being the central point of contact for queries and performing administration duties for Regional Managers and customers. Your support will directly contribute to the smooth operation and growth of the business.

Responsibilities for the Key Account Administrator job role:

  • Create, organize, and maintain job records efficiently.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Correspond with customers and business heads effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contract renewals and quotation requests.
  • Handle purchase order management and invoice scheduling.
  • Process and upload orders accurately.
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email, addressing their queries and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with accounts, tender teams, and business development managers.
  • Assist in credit control for key accounts.
  • Manage portals efficiently.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties that fall within your capabilities.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Credit control experience (beneficial but not essential).
  • Previous experience working on a CRM system (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
