With a strong reputation for providing a personal, honest and professional service, they support both personal and commercial clients with their insurance requirements and take pride in building long-term relationships within the local community.

• Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire
• Hours: 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (daily presence required)
• Salary: Up to c. £30,000–£35,000 per annum (FTE / pro rata DOE)

Our client operates a specialist, high-performance sports and engineering facility based at Silverstone. They are seeking a proactive and organised *** Sales & Marketing Assistant *** to support business development, manage enquiries, and oversee the customer journey from first contact through to invoicing.

Working Pattern: Office & field-based | Regular UK-wide travel once established in the role
Salary: Basic salary £33,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Bonus:

• Year 1: Performance-related bonus of up to £5,000 in year one
• Thereafter: Percentage-based commission scheme, paid annually

About the Project Sales / Business Development Manager role

Location: North Oxfordshire, with travel to venues and events with colleagues initially and on own once established in the role.
Role Type: Full-time / Office-based (no hybrid)

About the Partnership Development Executive opportunity

• Up to c £26,000 per annum (DOE)
• Full time - 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Hybrid working after qualifying / settling-in period
