Your New Role

As the Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager with the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies, leveraging digital channels as the lead medium (this opportunity will not include social media marketing, whoever there will be some collaboration with the Social Marketing team).
• Be involved in updating and maintaining websites, ensuring new products and promotions are accurately reflected.
• Support franchisees with marketing resources, training, and best practices to boost brand awareness and sales growth.
• Engage in creative problem-solving and project management, balancing multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Bring

• A degree or qualification in PR, Communications, or Marketing / Digital Marketing is preferred, along with prior experience in a marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and a creative approach to marketing challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Creative Suite experience being a desirable plus.
• An adaptive, detail-oriented mindset, capable of working under pressure and driving initiatives forward.
