This role is pivotal in driving our continued growth, focusing on identifying and nurturing key accounts across various sectors. Your New Role As a National Accounts Business Development Associate, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our client’s brand, playing a crucial role in expanding their reach and deepening their market penetration. You'll engage in:

• Crafting and executing strategies to generate new leads, including cold calling and networking, to engage with key decision-makers.
• Managing and nurturing a pipeline of customer opportunities alongside senior management.
• Contributing to our growth by maintaining a detailed CRM database, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately.
• Analysing customer activity to understand impacts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and customer service.

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in new business acquisition and account growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A self-motivated, persuasive, and strategic mindset, capable of thinking big while paying attention to the details.
• Strong organisational skills, including effective time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the plumbing or drainage is advantageous but not essential.
