Technical Product Specialist Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer accounts, creating a better purchasing experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements, proactively building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Advise customers on forthcoming production developments or new opportunities.
Business Growth:
- Identify business / sales opportunities and drive new growth from on-board / existing accounts.
- Act as the customers' voice within our organisation to ensure their needs are met.
Analysis and Record Maintenance:
- Complete analysis on customer spends.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records on the CRM system.
- Technical Product Specialist Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in compliance and technical product support.
- Basic IT, CRM, and MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated with excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- Self-disciplined, confident decision-maker, and takes responsibility for their own performance.
- Ability to understand technical engineering requirements and communicate these to relevant personnel.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None directly, but may need to assist other parts of the company where required.
