About The Operations and Projects Coordinator Role:
As the Operations and Projects Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and overseeing various projects specifically aligned to niche well know national events. You will ensure the smooth execution of events installations, managing resources such as crew, plant, vans, and load lists.
Operations and Projects Coordinator Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating and booking resources for projects
- Overseeing the rigging and de-rigging of events
- Managing relationships with various stakeholders
- Visiting sites to understand installation processes and manage on-site activities
- Ensuring all aspects of project planning and execution are handled efficiently
Key Requirements For The Operations and Projects Coordinator Job Role:
- Proven experience in an operational or project coordination role
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Willingness to visit sites and understand on-the-ground operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
Salary: Basic salary of up to £27,000 per annum, with a yearly efficiency bonus that can bring the total to approximately £30,000 per annum OTE, depending on performance.
