We're Seeking Candidates Who:
- have a meticulous attention to detail and possess analytical thinking.
are skilled with hand-tools (but not necessarily for soldering or wiring). - have previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production type roles (preferred, but not essential by the way!)
- approach tasks with confidence and a practical mindset
- possess teamwork capabilities and adaptability to shifting demands
- are proficient in basic computer and mathematical skills
- can interpret technical drawings (a plus, but again not essential)
- demonstrate a committed and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
Production Operative Responsibilities Include:
- Precision assembly of electronic components using detailed diagrams and specifications (if this is new to you, training will be given).
- Performing final product inspections to guarantee quality.
- Performing software setups after training.
