JM&Co. Recruitment is proud to support a number of charities that are close to the local community and to JM personally. In 2023 JM and a team of four completed a 4½ day, 676km charity cycle from Montabaur in Germany to Brackley, raising over £13,000 for three charities with strong local connections. Medical Detection Dogs, based near Milton Keynes, trains specialist dogs to detect human disease including cancer and provides Medical Alert Assistance Dogs to people with complex health conditions. Do It For Defib is a Brackley based charity fundraising for public access defibrillators and CPR training across the NN13 area. Katharine House Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults with life-limiting conditions across North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.

Crisis at Christmas and local community events such as Brackley Horror House, which raises funds for Parkinson’s UK, are all causes JM&Co. have a personal connection to. Behind every business there are people, and the communities, causes and organisations around us matter more than any business transaction. If we can make a small difference, we will.
